Singapore
Orders
For delivery within Singapore, we will process
your
order and contact you to confirm your order based on the availability
of the
stocks. Your order will be fulfilled within 3 to 7 business days once
we have
received payment and confirmed clearance of cheque. Deliveries hours
are
between 9am to 5pm on business days.
Orders will be delivered to addresses in Singapore
at S$10.00 per delivery,
regardless of the number of items purchased. We offer free delivery for
purchases above S$200 per order.
Alternatively, Singapore
customers may visit any of our Singapore
outlets to browse and buy directly from the stores.
International
Orders
All international orders will incur ACTUAL
charges. We will advise
you the shipping charges for you based on the availability of your
items and
the shipping options of your choice in the order confirmation email.
Upon
acceptance of shipping charges, you will have to advise us on your
payment
method and the payment details. We will deliver your order once we have
received payment and confirmed clearance of payment and we will advise
you the
delivery date via email. Shipping times varies with the country of
destination.
Import taxes are sometimes levied by a country’s Custom’s
& Tax authorities. Taxes vary on product type and are calculated on
the
value of the goods. All import taxes are the responsibility of the
purchaser.
Out-Of-Stock Items
At times, items you are ordering may be out of
stock. If an
item is out-of-stock, we will contact you. We will backorder the item
at your
request and contact you when the new shipment is available for delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return any item purchased within 7 days of
delivery.
If you wish to return any item purchased, please notify us via email.
What can be returned
The item must be in its original condition, with
original
packaging and accessories where applicable. We cannot accept returns of
items
if they show signs of having been used, unwrapped from its original
packaging,
damaged, or are with missing parts.
Returns must be accompanied with original invoice.
Refunds
Refunds will be made within 7 business days of our
receiving
and accepting your returns. Refunds will be made through the issuance
of store
credits (excluding shipping charges) to your account with us.
All shipping charges for returns and exchanges
should be
paid for in advance by the customer. The parcel is your responsibility
until it
reaches us, so we recommend that you use registered mail.
This policy excludes sale, bargain items, or other
promotional items which we may from time to time indicate.
Payment
All prices shown are in Singapore Dollars (S$).
Cheque : For Singapore
customers, cheques drawn on Singapore
registered banks are accepted for online orders. All cheques should be
made to
“Growing Fun Pte Ltd”. Goods are dispatched upon cheque receipt and
clearance. |
